This innovative solution for 100% in-line leak testing is equipped with the ESA (Enhanced Sensitivity Algorithm) which provides leak testing for low-thickness aerosol cans at speeds of up to 800 cans per minute.

This system is manufactured with various configurations to meet all the customer’s requirements, such as cans with internal pressurization levels which range up to 15BarG / 220PSI.

The KBA family of leak inspection systems are designed to meet and exceed the needs of the customers while meeting global regulatory standards such as those outlined in FEA guidelines, ADR, DOT requirements (49 CFR 173.306).
