A new standard for can packaging
FOODSYL integrates multiple functions into a single system: a heat-sealed aluminum foil that serves as an airtight closure, an easy-peel opening mechanism, and a branding surface. Eliminating the pull tab reduces material usage and production costs; moreover, production lines adopting FOODSYL can remove a seaming machine from the process. Improved stackability of cans enhances logistical efficiency and reduces space requirements throughout the distribution chain.
From a safety and hygiene standpoint, the system ensures a complete hermetic barrier until the moment of opening, eliminating exposed or deformable metal parts and reducing the risk of food contamination after opening. The easy-peel feature also enhances the consumer experience, making the product easier to open and use.
