The duplex slitter is composed by 3 servo motors. One for the 1st chain, one for the 2nd chain and the 3rd one for the pusher. All the servo motors are synchronized by the PLC. The 1st slitter process the strip and deliver to the 2nd feed table by regular mechanical drop bar or magnetic drop bar.

It is composed of Downender, Loading cart, Uncoiler, Inspection mirror, Straightener, Pinhole detector, Scroll cutter, Quick die change system, 3 to 4 Stackers for prime and rejected sheet, Electrical control cabinet, etc. All the key parts such as control system, hydraulic part and bearings are international famous brand. The cutting speed can be from 50 SPM to 200 SPM
