Established 75 years ago, Meltog equipment has long been synonymous with high quality, flexible can making machinery for promotional, decorative or fancy tin boxes.  The company’s Bm157 and Bm613 /Bm695 bodymakers bear testament to this proud history and are still greatly sought after even today.  With flexibility in its DNA and as a company built on innovation, today Meltog's equipment adds process visibility, proven reliability, quality and increased output to its fancy canmaking machinery.  Meltog's latest range of equipment, includes its range of bodymakers from the Bm150, the spiritual successor to the Bm157, the Bm252, Bm350 to the Bm540, as well as the DBN/X multi-head, high-speed flanging and beading machines and RSET-DH multi-head, high-speed seamers.  As can be expected from an innovative business, Meltog are also pioneers in specialist equipment such as its DCT2 precision body shaping system and its SES seated end seaming systems, making hitherto expensive, high-end processes both accessible and cost effective.  All machinery is focussed on ease of size changeovers to minimise machine downtime and with the added benefit of remote diagnostics, colour touch screen operator panels with multi-language support and graphical output, operators are now able to pin-point and resolve issues rapidly and cost effectively.
