In high‑speed end production, accurate counting is essential. The NPB Dynamic End Counter is designed to deliver reliable, real‑time counting performance in demanding production environments.

The system tracks up to 12,000 ends per minute and automatically adapts to changes in material and colour. It can be used with any brand of equipment, making it well suited for mixed or multi‑brand production lines. With a maximum deviation of four ends per one million counted, the Dynamic End Counter provides a high level of accuracy without disrupting ongoing production.

Smart‑End introduces a new way of analysing conveying systems in end‑making production. This wireless diagnostic tool provides clear, real‑time insight into what actually happens inside the line, supporting more informed decisions and faster troubleshooting.

Placed directly in the conveying system, Smart‑End moves through the flow of shells and ends and captures real‑time axial load and inclination data. This makes it possible to identify misaligned pushers, high‑force zones and early signs of mechanical strain that are otherwise difficult to detect.

With Wi‑Fi connectivity and an intuitive interface, Smart‑End requires no installation. Data is visualised instantly, making analysis straightforward and accessible for both operators and engineers.

Smart‑End does not replace operator expertise - it strengthens it. By providing objective data from inside the line, it supports quicker root‑cause analysis, reduces downtime and contributes to continuous improvement of conveying performance and overall line efficiency.

Our NPB Traceability solution brings all your production information together in a user-friendly web interface, letting you see what was produced, when it was produced, where it is now, and which materials were used in every step. The system gathers information from presses, liners, conversion presses, baggers, and palletizers, and connects every data point to batches, materials, and individual production events. Powered by Front AGV AB technology, the solution is fully integrated with Warehouse Management Systems and NPB Traceability. As part of a complete warehouse system, it manages the handling and storage of pallets and tray stacks with shells across both production and warehouse areas.


The slim, production‑oriented design allows the AGVs to operate in tight spaces, move in and out of robot cells and adapt to complex layouts. With payload capacities of up to 2,000 kg and lifting heights of up to 8,500 mm, the system is built for demanding industrial applications.

NPB Packaging Center

NPB Packaging Center

The NPB Packaging Center is a complete, fully automatic solution for packaging can ends in paper bags. It covers the full process from bag to pallet, integrating bagging, sealing and palletising into one continuous, efficient flow.

The system includes a bagger, integrated robot palletiser and pallet handling system. Counted can ends are fed into pre‑made paper bags, which are folded and sealed before transfer to palletising. Automatic pallet change ensures uninterrupted operation with high efficiency, low maintenance and reliable performance.

When combined with NPB’s AGV solution, the Packaging Center enables a fully autonomous setup from packaging to pallet transport. This eliminates forklift traffic and manual handling, supporting smooth, uninterrupted logistics and stable production flow.
The solution is suitable for a wide range of applications, including beverage and food ends, steel, aluminium, EZO and open‑top products, delivering efficiency levels of over 98% in operation.
