This line is designed for internal and external protection of the welded seams of three-piece cans. It can be integrated with welding machines of different brands. Seam protection is achieved through automatic internal powder coating, external wet lacquer roller application, and a curing system. Adjustable speed of the can conveyor belt. Straight heating modules are equipped with safety protection covers. Cans are transported by a single belt system with integrated magnetic rails, ensuring they remain centered along the axis during transport.

Umar Makina was established in Istanbul in 1972. We started our commercial life by producing the first Seam Welding Machine of Turkey. And today we became a company in metal packaging industry which produces more than 50 different machines, fully-automatic and semi-automatic turnkey tin can production lines, and also who gives consulting about metal packaging to the customers.
We started to export our machineries in 1978 and our machines are working in more than 50 countries and approximately 300 companies worldwide and 150 companies in Turkey, totally more than 5000 machines. We can count Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Russia, Belarus, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, India, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, etc.
