This line consists of Automatic CNC Feeding System, Deep-throat Press, Curling Machine, Compound Lining & Horizontal Drying Machine, with accurate automatic sheet feeding, punching and scrap collecting.
It could be used to produce bottom/lid of small cans, 1-5L cans, 10-20L cans and so on.It's safe, convenient, high efficient and labor-saving.
This line could be installed double-die to improve the production capacity and reduce materials consumption. we will match different press according to different end' size.
Aerosol Cone Production Line consists of Automatic Sheet Feeding System, Deep-throat Press/Gantry Press, Conveyor, High-precise Open Back Press/H-type Semi-closed Precise Press, Lining Machine & Horizontal Drying Oven, etc.
Aerosol Dome Production Line consists of Automatic Sheet Feeding System, Deep-throat Press/Gantry Press, Conveyor, Curling Machine, Lining Machine & Horizontal Drying Oven, etc.
