The MetalCoat 471 combines the established, renowned technology of its predecessor MetalCoat 470 with the latest technical innovations. The MetalCoat 471 excels at processing solvent based and UV/UV-LED coatings and demanding substrate qualities at high speeds.
Available as a free-standing or an Inline coating machine, it prioritizes ease of operation. A central touch operation enables a full line overview and at the same time the operation. The layer thickness settings can be done manually by hand wheels in the used manner, while electrical settings can be stored for faster set-up on repeat jobs.
