After ink filling and lid placement, the cans are convyed into the unit to apply a uniform layer of slow-drying agent, followed by vacuum extraction, nitrogen filling, and lid seaming.

The entire process is fully automated, featuring an efficient conveyor system that eliminates wasted movement. Automated lid feeding further minimizes operator workload and enhances operational efficiency.

Instead of the conventional multiple-chuck carrier bar system, the conveyor utilizes individual chucking units.

The chamber is rapidly evacuated to a high vacuum by a high-performance pump, followed by nitrogen injection to the required set level.

The system performs an internal pressure check prior to seaming, with an optional auto-stop setting for NG products.

Spot Welder for the New Era

2-channel Method

Sanyu's new technology uses 2-channel current to weld,which prevents current to weld,which prevents unbalanced welding and makesequally and strong welding.

By applying a unique current under delicate power control, the front side of the top panel can be welded firmly and the back side can be welded cleanly as well.
