Automatischer Counter Absacken Palettierer

Automatischer Counter Absacken Palettierer

Fleetwood's Automatic Counter Baggers are complete solutions for can end manufacturer's packaging needs. Our ACBP accurately counts the ends, bags them with a high-quality fold and finish seal, and completed bags are palletized with snake wrap between each layer to create a pallet that is robust for repeated forklift handling. Once built, every pallet is consistently straight. The Fleetwood line of Automatic Counter Bagger Palletizers offers both 4-lane and 6-lane models to align with the latest conversion press capabilities. Ends are counted and separated into sticks with built in accumulation for increased efficiency. Sticks are loaded into paper bags that are folded then sealed with pre-applied hot melt glue.Bags can also be folded and held closed without glue until palletized for customers who manually unload bags for filling.

ANGELUS

Established in 1910, Angelus is a global leader in can seaming technology and a trusted standard for quality and reliability across food and beverage. We deliver seaming solutions for everything from small craft lines to high-speed, high-volume operations.

More than a century ago, Angelus pioneered the double seam: a hermetic seal created by mechanically interlocking layers of metal from the can end and can body to form an airtight closure. This breakthrough improved product protection and helped extend shelf life—an innovation reflected in the Angelus logo still seen on our equipment today.

Today, customers choose Angelus for hygienic design, fast, reliable changeovers, and precise handling of lightweight cans, backed by world-class service and support.

FLEETWOOD

Established in 1956, Fleetwood Systems pioneered the feeding and handling of steel ends and supported the development of ends for aluminum beer and beverage cans. Today, Fleetwood remains a market leader in conveying and automation for high-speed beverage finishing lines, with more installations worldwide than any other company in the industry.

Our forward-thinking approach helps customers run smaller diameters, lighter ends, and more flexible line configurations. We design solutions that balance technology, labor, and budget—delivering high uptime and consistent quality when integrated into your finishing operation.

GOLDCO

Founded in 1971, Goldco became a leading choice for end-of-line palletizing of empty cans. Our engineers introduced multiple industry firsts, including a space-saving reverse unloader, the first (and still only) top-loading pallet feed machine, and the first fully automated palletizer. Today, we build on that legacy as one of the world’s largest packaging robot integrators—offering floor-level robotic solutions for palletizing round and non-round containers for beverage, food, and general industry.
