PRODUCTION STAGES OF CAPS
After the cap is produced and processed, it enters the packaging process.

THE IDEAL SOLUTIONS:
Very first step was designing a machine to pack caps into the cartons A smart solution specially developed to handle the packing process efficiently, allowing us to save between 25% and 30% of space inside the box thanks to this packing method.

Packaging Process Highlights

1- Case Erecting & Bag Placing: forming the box and inserting the inner bag.
2- IST Automatic Packing Machine: ideal for packing small products.
3- Packing Process:

Product In-feed and Aligning – Product is conveyed to the packer and then aligned in rows to prepare for layer forming.
Layer Forming
Empty Case Feeding – Manually prepared cases with or without PE inner bags. Inner bag holding flaps
Layer Pick-and-Place – Brushless motors are used to assure smooth layer transfer.

Interlayer Positioning – Optional foil or pad interlayer can be placed by either the same pick-and-place head or, for faster machines, by a dedicated interlayer pick-and-place head.

4- Case Sealers and Palletizers: Sealing both the bag and the box, palletizing, and wrapping the pallet
